COVID-19 : Booking Change/Refund Guideline

Flyparks is closely tracking developments surrounding the COVID-19 coronavirus to help you plan your travel. This includes detailing our booking change and refund guidelines, and explaining how our cancellation insurance enables you to protect your financial investment, should you need to change your itinerary.

At this time, we have had to revise our terms and conditions in conjunction with cancellations and refunds. This means that:


Bookings made with insurance can be cancelled up to the reserved start time, in return for a full refund of the booking price in the form of credit (issued as a voucher code). Within reason, you can modify the start and end dates and/or duration of your booking, however additional fees may apply. Once the start time has elapsed, the booking can no longer be adjusted or cancelled. 

Bookings made without insurance can be amended or cancelled, provided that Flyparks is given 48 hours notice or more. Refunds will be issued as credit, in the form of voucher codes. These voucher codes can then be used at a later stage, when customers opt to make new airport parking bookings. Within reason, you can modify the start and end dates and/or duration of your booking. Once there is less than 48 hours until the start time, the booking can no longer be modified or cancelled. 


In both cases, refunds will be issued as a form of credit, to be used when making a new booking on the Flyparks website. To access this credit, you can enter in your old booking ID number at the checkout, which will function as a voucher code. The outstanding amount (minus any insurance costs) from the cancelled booking, will be applied as a discount against the new booking price.

Vouchers will be valid for 18 months. After which point, any remaining credit will be returned to you, using your original payment method. If you have any questions about how this system works, please consult our FAQ page or get in touch with our customer service team. 


Cancellation Insurance

We recognise the potential uncertainty regarding travel plans during this time and recommend that travellers purchase cancellation insurance. This insurance protects your financial investment in a pre-booked airport parking space, should you later need to cancel your trip. 

If you opt to purchase cancellation insurance, you will be able to cancel your booking up to the reserved start time, in return for a full refund of the booking price (issued as credit). You will have the option to select cancellation insurance during the checkout process, for an additional fee. This is calculated at 10% of the booking price. 


Cancellation Procedure

To cancel your booking, you may either write to us at or click on the green button below. If you click on the button, you will be taken to a page on the Mobian website (our booking partner) and will then be asked to enter in your details, including your nine digit booking number (Mobian ID). You can find this on the top of your booking confirmation email.

Please note, that if your booking number starts in 'L4V-' you will instead need to send an email with your cancellation request and booking number to: Bookings beginning in 'L4V-' can only be cancelled by our customer service team.
