At Flyparks, we realise that things don't always go to plan. That's why we've issued credit vouchers to customers whose travel plans have been impacted by COVID-19. We are waiving our standard 15% handling fee for cancellations, for those that have had to cancel their airport parking bookings in relation to government mandated travel restrictions. Refunds issued during this period will be issued in the form of credit vouchers, which are worth 100% of the original booking price.
We'd like to thank all of our customers who have trusted Flyparks with their airport parking booking, by making it easier than ever to rebook their parking at a later date, without incurring cancellation fees in the process.
If you have cancelled your airport parking booking due to travel restrictions or concerns surrounding COVID-19, you will receive a refund in the form of a credit voucher. This voucher can be used on Flyparks at a later date, to make a new airport parking booking. The credit voucher will be worth 100% of the value of your former (now cancelled) booking, minus the cost of cancellation insurance and related transaction fees (if applicable).
Instead of issuing our standard 85% refunds for cancellations, the credit voucher is worth 100% of their original booking price (minus any optional insurance costs). Vouchers can be used any time from now to the 31st of December, 2022. If you don't use your voucher before the cut off date, we will return the funds to your original payment method, minus the 15% cancellation fee.
You can redeem the credit voucher any time from now until the 1st of January, 2022.
If you do not redeem the voucher within this period, you will automatically be refunded the outstanding amount to your original payment method. After this point, our standard 15% handling fee for cancellations will come into effect, if cancellation insurance was not purchased alongside the original booking. This means that you will be refunded 85% of the value of the original airport parking booking, post- January 1st, 2023.
Bookings with cancellation insurance will still be refunded the original value of the booking, minus the cost of cancellation insurance and related transaction fees.
The credit voucher is worth 100% of your old airport parking booking, minus any transaction costs, and/or costs related to the purchase of cancellation insurance.
If the new parking booking you later make on Flyparks is more expensive, then you will need to pay the difference. However, if the new airport parking booking you make is cheaper, you will be refunded the difference.
No - you can use the voucher to reserve any available parking space, at any available car park listed on Flyparks.
The voucher can only be used by the same individual who made the original, now cancelled, airport parking booking.
You can redeem the credit voucher by making your booking through our partner Mobian's website and entering the code at the checkout, when making a new reservation. You will immediately receive a discount on your new airport parking booking. If the value of your credit voucher is higher than the cost of your new booking, you will be refunded the outstanding amount to your original payment method.

Your credit voucher will be worth 100% of the booking price of your prior reservation, and can be used to rebook your airport parking on Flyparks within 18 months. This means that you will not have to pay the standard cancellation fee of 15%, unless you do not redeem your voucher within the 18 month period specified.
