Open from 4.30am to 11.30pm daily, the car park offers complimentary shuttle bus services to all terminals. The journey takes approximately seven minutes, in the comfort of an air conditioned minibus.

Airport Security Parking also offers a range of services such as car washing and vehicle detailing, plus maintenance and servicing, which can be performed while you’re away.

How the Airport Security Parking Shuttle Service Works

On arrival at the car park, you will need to park your vehicle in one of the available bays. Once you’ve removed your luggage from your car, proceed to the reception to check-in. Make sure you take a copy of your Flyparks booking confirmation with you. Once you’ve checked-in, you’ll be directed to the next available shuttle bus and driven to your terminal.

On your return to Adelaide, you will need to give the staff at Airport Security Parking a call, so they know to come and collect you from the airport. The phone number will be on your Flyparks booking confirmation. We recommend that you call once you have collected your luggage. The wait time for the shuttle bus is only around ten minutes. Airport Security Parking will provide you with more information about their pick-up service once you get to the car park.

Airport Security Parking Adelaide also offers a range of services such as hand car washing and vehicle detailing. It’s also possible to arrange maintenance or vehicle servicing while you’re away. That means you can take advantage of your car’s down time, and so you won’t need to organise a hire car or alternative transport while repairs take place.

If you’d like to book any of these additional services, you will need to talk to the staff at the car park upon arrival. It’s not possible to book car washing or servicing through Flyparks at present.

Good to Know!

The car park’s shuttle buses do not have the ability to transfer wheelchair customers to the terminals. Provided that you are travelling with at least one other adult, Airport Security Parking recommends dropping the wheelchair traveller at the airport first, before continuing on to the car park
Airport Security Parking’s shuttle buses do not have child restraints or baby capsules. The car park suggests that customers with very young children should drop them at the airport first, and then the driver should bring the vehicle to the parking lot. This system would be reversed on pick-up
