Can I cancel my reservation?

Cancellation 

Provided it’s prior to 48 hours before departure (unless stated otherwise in your confirmation email) you are allowed to cancel your reservation. We charge a 15% cancellation fee, which means that 85% of the order amount will be refunded to your account. If you want to cancel your reservation, you can do so up to 48 hours before the start by using our customer dashboard or during office hours (Mon to Fri 09:00 - 17:00) by contacting us. 

 

Corona voucher

Have you received a corona voucher in the past? You can redeem your voucher by clicking on the link and enter your 9-digit reservation number from your booking confirmation when it is time to check out. More information about the corona voucher can be found on the Voucher FAQ page or by contacting our customer care team.

 

Please note: you can only cancel during our office hours. Cancellation requests after 5 p.m. will not be processed until 9 a.m. on the next working day. Keep this in mind regarding the above cancellation conditions.

 

Can I use a different car?

Yes! Just let us know the license plate and we will update your reservation.

Is it necessary to book in advance?

Yes, because this is the only way to be assured of a parking spot. Advance booking is also cheaper than late parking and guarantees the best parking spot.

How many hours in advance can I book?

You can book when parking facilities show availability on our site. Typically, valet service needs to be booked 24 hours in advance and shuttle services one hour before you need to depart from the airport.

How do I make an online reservation?

This is very easy on our site! Choose the airport you will be departing from and fill in departure and arrival time and date. A list of all available parking facilities will be displayed for you to compare. After identifying the best one, make a reservation and all relevant information will be sent to your email within a couple of minutes.

What if I haven't received the confirmation email?

Don’t worry! Simply send us an e-mail and our friendly, professional customer service team will be happy to assist you. Make sure to check your spam folder before contacting us.

Can I make adjustments to my reservation?

Yes, you can make adjustments up to 48 hours before the booking begins! You can do this yourself by using the customer dashboard or you can contact our customer support team during office hours (Mon to Fri 09:00 - 17:00). Simply send us an email to our customer service team with your request and remember to include your booking number.

Can I make a reservation before I know all the specifications of my flight?

Yes of course! You can make the reservation and request adjustments on your reservation up to 48 hours before it begins.
