Instructions

How the Shuttle Service at Andrew’s Airport Parking Works

As you arrive at Andrew’s Airport Parking Adelaide, you’ll be directed to park your vehicle in one of the available bays. After unpacking your luggage, you should head to the reception area to check-in. Make sure you take your Flyparks booking confirmation with you, as you will be asked to provide evidence of your reservation and prepayment. Once your vehicle has been successfully checked-in, you’ll be shown to the next available shuttle bus and driven to your terminal.

The shuttle buses run on demand, with up to three in operation at any given time. Andrew’s always aims to get you to the terminal on time. The regularity of the service also guarantees a prompt return to your car upon your arrival back to Adelaide Airport. The drivers are fully uniformed and fully trained, to ensure that you receive a high level of customer service.

After your return flight has landed in Adelaide, you will need to call Andrew’s Parking to arrange for your pick-up. The phone number will be on your Flyparks booking confirmation. We recommend calling once you have collected your luggage, as the average wait time is less than ten minutes. For collection, you will need to exit the terminal, walk across the Plaza, past the taxi rank, and then turn left. Cross the pedestrian crossing, and wait at the shuttle bus collection point. The driver will impart more information over the phone.

Once you’ve been driven back to the parking facility, report to the reception to collect your car keys. The friendly staff at Andrew’s will help you get back on the road as swiftly as possible.

Vehicle log book servicing and repairs, from the replacement of lightbulbs or wiper blades, to detailed repairs which cover breaks, engines, and panel beating. Thanks very much for looking after our VW Camper while we were away would recommend Andrews Airport Carpark to anyone .Taken to Airport Promptly and on our return .Got our Luggage and were met by a Lovely friendly driver who took us back to our Car .We will only use them when needed.Very resonable price . 😊

Great location; easy to find. Friendly and very helpful staff. Drop off and pickup service is faultless. Undercover parking with options to have the vehicle washed, detailed and / or serviced while there. Highly recommend them.
