Great service from staff and my car was serviced and ready for my return.

Everything was great until we got collected by a driver who obviously forgot there were 9 passengers on board. Going around roundabouts like he’s Lewis Hamilton does not make for a comfortable trip. The other passengers were quite agitated also.

All very organised

Lovely Staff, however, a total stuff up. No room for us on the bus back to parking to pick up our car. Not OK or fair for anyone involved. Did not meet the basic expectation. Would not recommend.

Very pleasant and efficient staff, efficient and convenient bus service, my vehicle was easy to access on our return.

The whole experience was fuss-free. When we arrived for our outward flight we were shuttled to the airport immediately and were dropped off less than 20 minutes after leaving their Chief St depot. We waited less than one minute before the shuttle bus arrived at the airport. Aman brought us smoothly to the depot, where another of the friendly staff brought our car in. Couldn't be more efficient and friendly!

The 2 drivers that we had were excellent. But we were very disappointed when we got to the office. Could not understand the instructions we were given when the keys were given to us to pick up my car. We had no idea where we were going. This was the first time we had been there. We had 2 cases, one was quite heavy and we are 85 and 78 years old. One of your staff saw us struggling along, and offered to go and get my car. This was very much appreciated by us

Have used them a few times now but had a problem this time parked my car and when I was leaving a idiot parked his 4wd ridiculously close to left side of my car he couldn’t of even opened his door without hitting my car The van driver assured me he would get the office to get his registration number for me Got back from my holiday to find my left front door damaged asked the staff for his registration information and they didn’t do a thing about it Offered me a discount for next year but that doesn’t even come close to covering my insurance excess all they had to do was give me his registration number and all would of been covered As for next year I’ll be leaving the car home and catching an Uber to the airport All over they couldn’t be bothered writing down a registration number for me 😡

Thanks very much for looking after our VW Camper while we were away would recommend Andrews Airport Carpark to anyone .Taken to Airport Promptly and on our return .Got our Luggage and were met by a Lovely friendly driver who took us back to our Car .We will only use them when needed.Very resonable price . 😊
