Booking & Refund Procedure
To Book:
You can book Park and Fly Brisbane online only. You can do so by clicking the 'Book Now' green button at the top of this page.
To Cancel / Receive a Refund:
If you booked a flexible parking option, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled entry time to receive a refund, minus any cancellation fees. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method. To cancel:
- Go to "Manage My Bookings" on the Brisbane Airport website.
- Enter your email and booking reference.
- Click "Find Booking".
- Press "Cancel".
Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Note that cancellations made within 24 hours of the entry time are non-refundable.
Drive-Up Rates at Park & Fly Brisbane
Brisbane Airport Park and Fly offers drive-up rates that are as follows: $126.00 for 4 - 24 hours, $179.00 for 3 days, $222.00 for 5 days, and $285.00 for 8 days.
Each additional day thereafter will be $15.00 per day.
The rates shown above are drive-up rates and therefore will be different from those displayed when booking your car park online.
