How Does Parking at ParkValet Work?

Parking with Park Valet Brisbane International Airport is one of ease and convenience – simply drive to Level 1 of the International Terminal Car Park and let the Park Valet team do the rest.

Upon Arrival

When you arrive at ParkValet, you can check in with the car park staff using your booking confirmation number sent via email.

After that, grab your luggage and hand over your keys, the valet team will do the rest.

It is recommended to get to the International Parking Brisbane Airport at least 5 - 10 minutes before you would like to arrive at the terminal doors.

Upon Return

When you arrive back at Brisbane Airport, you can walk back to Park Valet Brisbane Airport car park and let the car park staff know that you have returned. They will either direct you to your car park’s bay or bring your car to you, so you can be on your way in no time.

Booking & Refund Procedure

Bookings

To book online, customers must do so at least 1 hour before their arrival. Otherwise, they can book their spot upon arrival at the valet check-in desk.

Refunds & Cancellations

If you booked a flexible parking option, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your entry time for a refund (minus any cancellation fees). Refunds go back to the original credit card. Here's how to cancel:

Enter your email and booking reference
Click "Find Booking"
Press "Cancel"

Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
