Booking & Refund Procedure
To Book
To book your car park online, click the 'Book Now' button above, which will direct you to the Gold Coast Airport parking website.
You can reserve a spot using Visa, Mastercard, or American Express up to 3 hours before your planned arrival time.
If you need to modify your booking, you can do so up to 12 hours before your arrival by visiting the Gold Coast Airport website and selecting 'Manage my Booking'.
Ensure you have your booking reference number and the email used for the reservation.
For same-day parking, drive to the car park and take a ticket at the entry gate. If you encounter any issues, contact Gold Coast Airport at 07 5536 9573 or via email at gccarpark@gcal.com.au.
To Refund
Travellers can cancel their online booking up to 12 hours before their scheduled arrival time at the car park.
To do this, visit the Gold Coast Airport website and click 'Manage my Booking'.
Make sure to have your booking reference number and the email you used for the booking ready.
If you encounter any issues, contact GCA staff at 07 5536 9573, email gccarpark@gcal.com.au, or use the intercom at the entry barrier when you arrive at the airport.
Drive-Up Rates: Saver Parking at Gold Coast Airport
Drive-up rates at the Saver Car Park at Gold Coast Airport start at $28.00 for 24 hours, $81.00 for 3 days, $131.00 for 5 days, and $194.00 for 8 days, or 1 week.
For two weeks of parking, or 14 days, travellers can expect to pay $308.00.
For each day thereafter, rates of $19.00 per day will apply.
The above rates are drive-up rates and therefore will differ from those displayed when booking your car park online.
