How does Long Term Parking at Mackay Airport Work?

Upon Arrival

If you booked your spot online for the Long Term Car Park at Mackay Airport, simply drive up to the entry barrier, and it will automatically lift upon recognizing your vehicle's license plate number.

If it doesn't, scan the credit card used for your booking. Do not take a ticket if you booked online.

If you didn't book online, drive up to the gate and take a ticket at the entrance.

Park in any available bay. Should you encounter any issues, press the intercom button on the entry barrier for assistance.

Upon Return

Return to your vehicle. If you booked online, the license plate technology should automatically recognize your car and allow you to exit without any further steps.
