Booking & Refund Procedure
To Book:
Travellers can book their spot online with a Visa, MasterCard, or debit and credit cards.
Unfortunately, American Express and Diners Club are not supported for online bookings. However, American Express can be used to drive up transactions.
To Cancel:
Online bookings can be cancelled until 23:59 the day before your designated arrival at the Mackay Airport website.
Click on 'Manage my Booking' on the FAQ page, and enter your email and booking reference number.
You will be entitled to a full refund if you cancel your booking within the appropriate time frame.
Mackay Airport Short Term Parking Rates
The Short-Term Parking at Mackay Airport offers free parking for 15 minutes.
After that, drive-up rates increase to $7.00 for 31 - 60 minutes, $10.00 for 1 - 3 hours, $16.00 for 4 - 5 hours, $30.00 for 9 - 24 hours.
Rates then increase to $90.00 for 3 days, $150.00 for 5 days, $240.00 for 8 days, $420.00 for 14 days.
Each day thereafter will cost $30.00 per day. A lost ticket fee will incur a $20.00 fee.
Drive-Up Rates: Short Term Parking at Mackay Airport
The above rates are drive-up rates and therefore will differ from those displayed when booking your car park online.
All the parking rates cited are approximate and subject to change without notice, but were accurate at the time of publication.
