How Does Parking at Air Travel Melbourne Work?

Air Travel Parking is one of Melbourne Airport's newest short and long-term airport parking providers offering low rates of $10 a day. Beloved by customers at its Sydney location, parking with Air Travel is simple:

Upon Arrival

On arrival, park your car outside the reception area and check-in by handing over your car keys and show your Flyparks booking confirmation. You’ll then be directed to the shuttle bus pick-up area. You’ll be able to board one of Air Travel Parking’s coaches or minibuses to the terminal of your choice.

The service runs on demand, as opposed to a fixed schedule, meaning that there is always a bus waiting for you. You will be dropped off outside the Departures area, at the terminal of your choice.

Upon Return

After your return flight to Melbourne, you’ll need to call the car park directly at (+61)0468-905-728 to confirm your airport pick-up. Air Travel Parking will then dispatch one of their drivers to meet you at the designated pick-up point. We recommend doing this once you have collected your luggage.

Paid $96 to find the Flyparks Melbourne business has closed down and no longer operates! I would like to get a refund, but I have been unable to contact anyone to do so. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me so I can get my money back.

I was running about 10 mins late to deliver my car, they called me to make sure I was ok, which was reassuring. Upon return to Melbourne, I received a call while waiting for my bags, saying they were in the pick up area ready to go. I pleasantly discovered that they had washed my car at pickup, an overall lovely surprise.

I was extremely unhappy with this service. I arrived at 8am and saw the "back in 20" sign. I immediately called the number to let them know I was there. No answer 4 times. By then it was 8.30. After waiting 35 minutes I called an Uber in fear of missing my flight. It was a terrible experience to have to wait with no answer of the phone to know when the shuttle was coming back. I wasted an extra $25 on an Uber trip to the airport, that was supposed to be included. I would like a refund.

Much easier than using the coach service. I think they turned up just for me. 15 min drive plus the additional 12 min to ride to the air port. Will definitely use again. Maybe could add a coffee pod machine in the office for the trip to the airport but definitely not a deal breaker.
