Air Travel Parking Melbourne Reviews

Paid $96 to find the Flyparks Melbourne business has closed down and no longer operates! I would like to get a refund, but I have been unable to contact anyone to do so. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me so I can get my money back.

I was running about 10 mins late to deliver my car, they called me to make sure I was ok, which was reassuring. Upon return to Melbourne, I received a call while waiting for my bags, saying they were in the pick up area ready to go. I pleasantly discovered that they had washed my car at pickup, an overall lovely surprise.

I was extremely unhappy with this service. I arrived at 8am and saw the "back in 20" sign. I immediately called the number to let them know I was there. No answer 4 times. By then it was 8.30. After waiting 35 minutes I called an Uber in fear of missing my flight. It was a terrible experience to have to wait with no answer of the phone to know when the shuttle was coming back. I wasted an extra $25 on an Uber trip to the airport, that was supposed to be included. I would like a refund.

Much easier than using the coach service. I think they turned up just for me. 15 min drive plus the additional 12 min to ride to the air port. Will definitely use again. Maybe could add a coffee pod machine in the office for the trip to the airport but definitely not a deal breaker.

Friendly staff. Very quick check in and out. Dusty gravel car park so don't arrive in a clean car, but I'm guessing very cheap because of that.

Air travel parking was further from the terminals than I would normally park, but all the usual parking was full because of school holidays. However it was easy to find and the shuttle to the terminals was quick and efficient so I did not lose any time. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The pickup after I returned was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend using this provider.
