After unpacking your luggage, proceed to the reception area with your Flyparks booking confirmation in hand. Your car will be transferred to the secure parking area, and you will be directly to the waiting shuttle bus and onwards to your terminal.
On your return, give Andrew’s Melbourne a call and proceed to the pick-up point. The phone number will be on your Flyparks booking confirmation. A shuttle bus will be there to take you back to your car. We recommend claiming your baggage before calling.

Andrew’s Melbourne car park offers a wide range of car cleaning, servicing, and repair options. To take advantage of these services, chat to the friendly staff at reception once you arrive at the parking facility.
Andrew’s recommend that customers drive through their gates at least 45 minutes before they plan on entering the airport terminal. That allows ample time to ask questions and factor in any traffic delays. There are baby capsules and booster seats available for babies and young children, for travel in the complimentary shuttle service.
Unfortunately, the shuttle buses don’t have the ability to transfer wheelchair users to and from the airport terminals. Assuming that you are travelling with at least one other person, Andrew’s recommend that disabled passengers should be dropped at the terminal first, and then the car driven on to the car park.
Baby seats and booster seats are both are available upon arrival.
Typically the height restriction is 4m, but it is possible to park boats, caravans, motorhomes and buses upon request of the car park.
As a valet parking service, you will leave your keys. If you insist on taking your keys, this can be arranged for a service fee (minimum fee is $25, depending on length of stay).
Unfortunately its is not possible to make a reservation at Andrews Melbourne for your selected dates because the car park is not available on Flyparks.
