The Business Car Park is a self-park lot, in which drivers will drive and park their car, and keep their keys.

Travellers can book their spot online or pay upon arrival at the car park.

Upon Arrival

If you booked online, arrive at the Melbourne Airport Business Car Park on your departure day and scan the QR code from your confirmation email at the entry barrier.

If you plan to pay upon arrival, scan your credit card at the entry gate.

Remember to use the same credit card when exiting to avoid double charges and ensure eligibility for a refund.

Upon Return

Upon your return, proceed to the exit gate and scan the same QR code used for entry. If within your reserved time, the gate will lift.

For late returns, a 2-hour grace period applies for stays exceeding 4 hours.

Those who paid with a credit card at entry must use the same card to exit.
