How the Busy Beaver Airport Parking's Shuttle Service Works

Busy Beaver recommends that customers drive through their gates 45 minutes before they wish to enter the airport terminal. This allows plenty of time for you to ask questions, receive assistance with your luggage, and factor in any traffic delays during peak periods.

After you enter the Busy Beaver airport car park, by driving down Keilor Park Drive and taking the right hand turn onto Tullamarine Park Road, park your car in one of the drop off bays conveniently located near the entrance. Proceed to the reception, taking your luggage and your Flyparks booking confirmation with you. Your car will be driven to the storage facility, and you will be directed towards the complimentary shuttle buses. Baby capsules and child booster seats are available on request.

On your return, simply call Busy Beaver Airport Parking and they will send a shuttle bus to pick you up. Your car will be ready and waiting for you to drive home.

Pick-up Locations for the Shuttle Bus

To find the shuttle bus pick-up location for Busy Beaver at Melbourne Airport, look for the brown coloured signs that read “Off Airport Parking Buses”. Directions will differ depending on your terminal:

Qantas (T1) & International Terminal (T2): Walk across the first pedestrian crossing in front of the Qantas Terminal. Turn right and await collection near the bus shelters
Virgin Terminal (T3): walk across the first pedestrian crossing in front of the Virgin Terminal. Turn left and continue down to the bus shelters located near the Qantas pedestrian overpass and await collection there
Jetstar & Tiger Terminal (T4): Turn left out of the terminal building and take the pedestrian walkway towards the Virgin Terminal. Turn left and continue down to the bus shelters located near the Qantas pedestrian overpass and await collection

Busy Beaver offers a range of vehicle cleaning and detailing options, as well as car servicing and repairs. Fees start at $29.00 for an outside car clean, and extend to $269.00 for the premium service package, so your car will be running at peak performance on your return. These services can be arranged once you have arrived at the car park, and additional costs apply.

Mechanical repairs and log book servicing on an obligation free, quotation basis

Good to Know!

Unfortunately, the shuttle buses provided by Busy Beaver don’t have the ability to transfer wheelchair users to and from the airport terminals. Assuming that you are travelling with at least one other person, Busy Beaver Airport Parking recommends that disabled passengers should be dropped off at the terminal first, and the car then driven to the car park.
