How Does the T4 Car Park at Melbourne Airport Work?

Drop-Off

Arrive at the car park and scan the QR code from your confirmation email at the entry barrier; the barrier will automatically open
If you plan to pay upon arrival, scan your credit card at the entry gate. Remember, you must use the same credit card to exit the car park; otherwise, you may be charged twice without the possibility of a refund.
If the entry barrier doesn't lift or you face any issues, press and hold the HELP button for 3 seconds to connect with a customer service agent.
Be sure to take a picture of where you parked your car (floor level included), as many report not remembering.

Pick-Up

After retrieving your vehicle, drive to the exit gate and scan the same QR code you used when entering.
If you're within your booked time frame, the gate will open.
