Parking at the Premium Car Park offers one of the most seamless parking experiences at Newcastle Airport, thanks to its proximity to the terminals.
If you booked your spot online, arrive at the car park 5 - 10 minutes before you need to be at the check-in desks. If you made an online booking, approach the entry gate & the boom gate will read your number plate. Once it matches your booking, the gate will open. If it doesn't open, scan the credit card used to make your online booking, but do not take a ticket. If you didn't book your spot online, take a ticket upon entry.
Select any parking bay available. Accessible parking bays are located near the front of the car park.
After returning to your vehicle and going to exit the car park, drive slowly towards the boom gate. Your number plate will be scanned and verified with your booking, allowing the gate to open. If you have exceeded your booking time, you will be prompted to pay the additional amount required (credit card payments only at the gate). For assistance, press the help button at the exit.
If you find you've lost your ticket, walk back to the 'Arrivals Hall' and press the 'Assistance' button on the payment machine. You will then be connected to one of the airport's customer service representatives. Be sure to have your car registration number & entry information readily available.
