The driver dropped some people off at the Qantas terminal then seemed to get lost on the way to Virgin terminal. We didn't arrive at the airport until 30 minutes before our flight. There was no apology or explanation from the driver. If arriving late wasn't bad enough, we were dropped off a long way up the road from the actual entrance to Virgin. We almost missed our flight. We were being called over the PA system and the gate was closed by the time we got there. Just by sheer luck someone from the flight, about to take off came back through the gate and helped us make the flight However, the stress that we suffered due the rushing around stayed with for days. Also, Bay Parking closes at 9pm therefore, if your flight comes in after 9pm you have to taxi or Uber to the compound and retrieve your car keys from their lock box. We caught a taxi which cost us $30. The little bit of money you save, if at all, isn't worth the hassle. Will never use them again. We booked through Webjet and I think they should make clearer when you book long term parking, it's not at the airport. I was totally unaware it was an independent parking business.
