Bay Airport Parking - Indoor Reviews

I'm really conflicted writing this review. I'm in a unique situation. I have an EV, Roosh advertised this parking assist having EV charging available. When I arrived I found out that EV charging isn't available. I had to pay someone cash to charge my car for me while I was away on a business trip, I don't have an invoice to cover the cost and claim it back. Also when we were dropped off, we were dropped at the door, no instructions provided regarding the b pick up point. I just went to where I was dropped off only to then have to walk to the other side of the airport to find the pick up point.
