This service is exclusively for indoor parking. The car park is open from 4 AM to 10 PM on Monday - Friday, and from 8 AM to 6 PM on Saturday & Sunday. EV charging is for undercover parking only, and customers must bring their own cables & request a charge upon check-in. You must arrive at the car park at your selected ARRIVAL time, as the shuttle service and staff will be ready to assist you at that time. If delayed, kindly inform the car park immediately.

Everything went well and I’m extremely happy with the service. My only tiny issue I had was I was expecting to drive my vehicle into the undercover storage and keep my keys. I had all my luggage security keys on my bunch of car keys which was asked to be handed over to them. I forgot about my baggage keys at 5 in the morning! I had to break into my bags at my destination. Otherwise the service was friendly, swift and my vehicle was secure.
