We left our Rav 4 at 504 Great Eastern Highway Redcliffe, 6106 Western Australia. On seeing the site and talking to the lady we had apprehension about leaving our car. Shuttle took us to Perth International Airport. On return our flight was in at 4.40 pm on a Sunday and we understood we had to be there before 6pm. At about 5.10pm I rang +6192774441 At 5.22pm I received a message to say the last shuttle had finished and we were to find our own way to the premises. NOT good enough. A taxi cost us $60 and we found the car filthy and had to wash the windscreen to safely see out of it. Paid $185 for undercover parking which was obvious it wasn’t. Then the cost of the taxi. NOT satisfactory service.

Everything went well and I’m extremely happy with the service. My only tiny issue I had was I was expecting to drive my vehicle into the undercover storage and keep my keys. I had all my luggage security keys on my bunch of car keys which was asked to be handed over to them. I forgot about my baggage keys at 5 in the morning! I had to break into my bags at my destination. Otherwise the service was friendly, swift and my vehicle was secure.
