Arrival

Plan to arrive at Hamer Airport Parking 30 minutes before your check-in time at Perth Airport.

Park in a designated drop-off bay near the entrance, unload your luggage, and head to reception.

Show your ParkMundo confirmation, fill out the envelope provided (including your return details), and leave a set of keys with the staff, they’ll be securely stored.

Then, proceed to the shuttle area for a quick transfer to your terminal.

Return

Once you’ve cleared immigration and collected your bags, call Hamer Parking using the number on your ParkMundo booking confirmation.

Staff will provide exact pick-up instructions and send the shuttle to collect you within 5 minutes.

What if My Flight is Delayed?

If you know your flight is going to land in Perth after the car park’s closing time, you will need to get in touch with Hamer Airport Parking as soon as possible.

They will give you lock box details so that you can access your car keys.

If they have not heard from you by closing time, staff can also text details to your mobile, so you know how to retrieve your keys from one of the coded lock boxes.

If you choose undercover warehouse parking at Hamer, your vehicle will be stored within a facility protected by perimeter fencing, on-site staff during operational hours, security lighting, alarms, CCTV, patrols, and secure access points.

Additional Information about the Facility

This service is only for undercover, warehouse parking, which is included in the booking price.
This service only transfers passengers to T3 & T4.
- There are no transfers to T1 & T2. Should you need transfers to these terminals, kindly book another car park.
Shuttle buses cannot transport wheelchair users.
- If travelling with others, it’s best to drop off the wheelchair passenger at the airport first, then park the car.
Child seats and restraints are not provided. Bring your own if needed.
Each shuttle fits up to 12 passengers. For large groups or lots of luggage, consider dropping off passengers and bags before parking.
Electric vehicle charging is available on-site.
If you arrive outside opening hours, notify the car park. Keys can be left in a secure lockbox with a code sent to you.
