When first booked with NZ FLIGHT OUT AND IN ..wasn't told they didnt do international flight drip off or pick up AFTER PAID BOOKING.. So driver who took us to catch our flight AWESOME BUT ON PICKUP OF CAR... was told we dont pick up there and we dont pick up after 7pm ..even though they're open til 10pm. Bullshit service on pick up of car . Yes our flight was delayed Yes I did email you earlier today to inform you of flight delays Still within open hours So NO WONT BE USING YOU AGAIN ..AND YES PAID EXTRA FOR THAT PICK UP ON TOP OF WHAT WE ALREADY PAID

Great service, quick transfers. No complaints

Quiet, prompt service, easy to book and no delay on pickup. At one stage I was unnecessarily abrupt about the pickup location and the pickup lady quietly explained how she had always picked up from that spot for 8 years. She didn't get angry she was just polite and waited patiently for me to get to the correct position. I then realized my error and she graciously accepted my apology.
