I had problems finding the car park, partly due to Google Maps. At arriving, we were welcomed and shown to our parking spot by a very polite, friendly and helpful staff member, our luggage taken out of our car and put into the shuttle that took us to the air port where our wonderful driver unloaded the luggage and wished us a good flight. At arriving back at Perth airport, we received a phone call, advising us of the shuttle's pick up area and later again to advise that he will be arriving very shortly, which he did. When picking up our car, he remembered the problems I had, finding the long term parking and he suggested to follow him until we did see our turn off to Row Highway which was an absolute relief for me as the driver (night time, not familiar with the area and tired after a long day and the flight). I highly recommend your company, and especially this staff member.
