Car was all good while we were away and the shuttle driver very helpful and friendly, but the lady in the office was rude and very unhelpful. We asked if the sun blinds could be put up when they parked the car. She just said 'no'. She was grumpy, I even asked her if she was OK. On our return we phoned the number on the email to be collected but it didn't work. We found the office number and she answered.(still grumpy). She told us we had to get a taxi or an user and get our keys from the lockbox. We insisted we had airport pickup so she said she would see where the driver was and told us to wait outside at M, she then hung up. She also said the phone number in the email was a New Zealand number!!!! Car was fine and nice shuttle driver had put up our blinds for us.

I have done so many time paid parking, worst experience ever. First the office was closed and then I called on the number provided, it was a male person, he said wait a minute then we were just waiting. We saw some movements inside the office, a lady came and unlocked the door and went back to the desk, no smile, good morning etc, she could have opened the door but left close, anyway I opened the door and when we entered I looked at her and she was just looking at us, no questions nothing, how can I help you or anything? I was like ok so I told her we have booking. Apart from this weird situation the place looked terrible. It was stinking badly. Looked like no cleaning was done inside from months. So was their shuttle car. The male person was still nicer than the lady but I had to hold my nose in the shuttle bus all the way to the airport. It was the The Car Port and Spa. Well their office and the bus really needs a spa 😜

They were excellent , We had a problem with our car, as it turned out. The guys at Car & Spa said “No problem” “We’ll help you out & “jumped started my vehicle. “ We were so , Pleased. We thought they was really kind and helpful , especially as we came off a Long flight and you just wanted to go home. They were Brilliant.

First time using this style of parking and would recommend to anyone, fast and punctual, plus knowing car is safe. You have a spot as well.

Office was dirty and smelt like a horse shed, called them I was ready for a pick up and took them 40 minutes to pick me up. The lady was kinda rude and didn’t answer the phone professionally. Won’t be using them again. I could have been half way home by the time they picked me up and it wasn’t even busy at the airport.

I have been a FIFO worker for a long time and the service was fantastic. Drop off early morning and pick up was a peace of mind after a long swing. I definitely recommend this company.

Pick up and drop off was simple. We got dropped off straight at the door to the airport. Once we arrived back in perth, we were collected and dropped straight to our car.

Quick and easy, great location very friendly

Reception lady was nice. Shuttle driver wasn’t very talkative or friendly. The office was extremely run down which makes you abit weary about leaving your car with them. But everything went well and you get your moneys worth I suppose

Great service with friendly staff.

I found the people very friendly. Coming back, passengers had an hour wait at Jetstar for their luggage, but this didn't faze Kevin. I was an hour late calling Kelli. So no problems

Fast reliable service value for money

This was our first time using the parking and shuttle service with this company and the experience was great. Can not speak highly enough of how organised and prompt the service that we received. It was great when we arrived back in Perth called the office, with 10 min the shuttle arrived to collect us and the car was outside, got dropped off right at the car (transferred bags with ease). I highly recommend to use this company. and will use this business again. Thank you

I went for six weeks my car was waiting as I left it They were efficient drop off and pick up smooth. Would use again thankyou.

Service was friendly, price was very reasonable and prompt and courteous transfer and pick up upon return.

Skyparks is a good and reliable service, however, I will never use the car port and spa again. Just awaiting my refund.

Parking was fine the office needs attention smelt bad and very unclean was told 24 hour service but on return no shuttle from airport back to car so had to get taxi will be returning Thankyou

The best service just dropped my car off then straight to airport. Kevin was a good person to talk to and my car was secured and they looked after it awesome. Didn't have to wait long when I came out of arrival from airport just want to say awesome service and im sticking with them from now on. I will recommend them to my friends that fly back to NZ or other countries. That's guys 100 percent satisfied.

Rude,miserable staff. When I phoned to make a slight adjustment to my drop off the girl actually argued with me and said I didn’t have a booking. She obviously couldn’t spell and after I painstakingly spelt my name for her, she conceded that I did in fact have a booking and insisted I would have to go online to make any changes. I phoned back in half an hour and told her that in my contract it stated a phone call is all I needed to do, she immediately said OK it’s now done! Both the staff when I dropped off my car were unfriendly and quite unpleasant. I will never use this place again.
