Reviews of the Fast Park Valet
The FastPark Valet service at Sydney Airport is still quite new and hasn't accumulated a significant number of user reviews compared to nearby car parks.

Security at the Car Park
Most car parks at Sydney Airport, including FastPark Valet, offer security consisting of 24/7 CCTV surveillance, entry and exit barriers, and on-site staff during operational hours.
Since FastPark Valet is a premium valet service, you can expect added care for your vehicle.
However, note that your vehicle may be parked in either an open-air or covered area, as specific details about the type of parking are not disclosed.
Booking & Refund Procedure
To Book
Bookings can be made online and in person.
To save on costs, we recommend booking your spot online. You can do so at least 1 hour before your designated arrival time.
Click on the 'Book Now' button above, insert your travel dates & times, and voilà - within minutes you will be sent your booking confirmation via email with a QR code attached. You will then use this to enter and exit the car park.
If you didn't book your spot online, drive up to the car park and take a ticket upon entry. Once in the car park, drive up to the drop-off bay and a staff member will be there to assist you.
✈️NOTE: All online payments made via credit card or PayPal will be subject to a payment fee. The amount of this fee depends on the payment method used.

Should you wish to pay upon arrival at FastValet Parking Sydney, take a ticket at the entry gate. You can pay upon exit.
🚘NOTE: Travellers can modify their online booking up to 6 hours before their designated entry time.
To Cancel
Travellers can cancel their parking reservation no later than 24 hours before the booking is set to begin.
To do so, click on the 'Book Now' button above, go to the top of the page and click on the 'Manage / Cancel' tab.
Enter your email and booking reference number. Proceed with cancelling your booking.
A cancellation confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after. The payment may take 2 - 5 business days to be returned to your account.
