How Does Sydney Airport P3 Parking Work?
Upon Arrival
Upon arrival in the car park, if you pre-booked your spot, scan the QR code from your booking confirmation at the entry gate to activate your reservation.
If you arrive without a reservation, take a ticket at the gate.
Should you require any assistance, press on the 'HELP' button on the entry barrier to speak with an attendant.
🚙TIP: Take a picture of where your car is parked so you have no problem finding it upon return.
Upon Departure
Upon returning to your vehicle, follow the exit signs and scan your credit card, QR code, or insert your ticket at the gate to exit the car park.
🚙 TIP: A lost ticket will incur an additional fee. If you lose your ticket, press on the 'HELP' button at the exit boom gate to speak with an attendant.
Booking & Refund Procedure
To Book
You can book your spot either online or in person, but for cost savings, we recommend booking online.
Make your reservation at least 2 hours before your arrival time.
Simply click the 'Book Now' button above, enter your travel dates and times, and you'll receive a booking confirmation with a QR code via email within minutes.
Use this QR code to enter and exit the car park.
✈️NOTE: All online payments made via credit card or PayPal will be subject to a payment fee. The amount of this fee depends on the payment method used.

- Amex - 1.6%
- PayPal – 1.0%
- Diners - 2.4%
Should you wish to pay upon arrival at the P3 Car Park, take a ticket at the entry gate. You can pay upon exit.
🚘NOTE: Travellers can modify their online booking up to 6 hours before their designated entry time.
To Cancel
Travellers can cancel their parking reservation no later than 2 hours before the booking starts.
To cancel, click the 'Book Now' button above, navigate to the top of the page, and select the 'Manage / Cancel' tab.
Enter your email and booking reference number, then follow the prompts to cancel your reservation.
You will receive a cancellation confirmation email shortly after.
Directions to the P3 Car Park
To get to the P3 Car Park at Sydney Airport, follow the directions below from Sydney CBD:
- Head southwest on George Street toward Bathurst Street
- Turn left onto Bathurst Street and merge onto the Western Distributor (A4) via the ramp on the left
- Follow the Western Distributor (A4) and take the exit onto the M1 (Southern Cross Drive)
- Merge onto the M1 and follow signs for Sydney Airport
- Take the exit for General Holmes Drive
- Turn left onto General Holmes Drive
- Turn right onto Keith Smith Avenue
- Follow signs for the P3 Car Park, which will be on your right
