How Does Sydney Airport P7 Parking Work?
Upon Arrival
Upon arrival in the car park, if you pre-booked your spot, scan the QR code from your booking confirmation at the entry gate to activate your reservation.
If you arrive without a reservation, take a ticket at the gate.
Need assistance? Press the 'HELP' button on the entry barrier to speak with an attendant.
💡Parking Tip: Take a picture of where your car is parked so you have no problem finding it upon return.
Upon Return
After returning to your vehicle, follow the exit signs and scan your credit card, QR code, or insert your ticket at the gate to exit the car park.
💡Parking Tip: A lost ticket will incur an additional fee. If you lose your ticket, press on the 'HELP' button at the exit boom gate to speak with an attendant.
Booking & Refund Procedure
How to Book
You can book a space online or at the car park. To get the best rates, we recommend booking online.
Online booking:
- Reservations must be made at least 2 hours before arrival.
- Click the Book Now button above, enter your travel dates and times, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with a QR code within minutes.
- Use the QR code to enter and exit the car park.
Payment fees (online only):
- Visa Debit/Credit: 0.9%
- MasterCard Debit/Credit: 0.9%
- Amex: 1.6%
- PayPal: 1.0%
- Diners: 2.4%
💡Tip: You can modify an online booking up to 6 hours before your entry time.
In-person booking:
- Take a ticket at the entry gate and pay when you exit.
How to Cancel
You can cancel a booking up to 2 hours before your scheduled entry time.
To cancel:
- Click the Book Now button above.
- Go to the Manage / Cancel tab.
- Enter your email and booking reference number, then follow the prompts.
You’ll receive a cancellation email once it’s processed. Refunds are usually returned to your account within 2-5 business days.
