How Does P7 Syd Valet Parking at Sydney Airport Work?

Valet parking at Sydney Airport is pretty straight forward.

Drive to the drop-off bay, allow the valet team to perform a quick car inspection, handover your keys, and you'll be on your way!

Upon Arrival

Upon arrival, drive-up to the valet service drop-off bay located on the ground floor of the multi-storey P7 Car Park.

Ensure your vehicle is not over 2.2 metres in order for it to be accepted at the car park. Show an attendant your booking confirmation or inform them that you'd like to book their service.

Your vehicle will be quickly inspected, you'll receive luggage assistance, be able to hand over your keys, and be on your way!

Upon Return

Return to the drop-off location, inform the attendant of your vehicle's make & model, and show your booking confirmation email if necessary.

Your vehicle will be retrieved, or you will be directed to where it is parked, and you'll be on your way home.

Should you happen to stay past your designated return time, you will be charged drive-up rates for the extended duration and can pay upon leaving.

Booking & Refund Procedure

To Book

Bookings can be made both online & in-person.

To book your spot online, click the 'Book Now' button above, insert your travel dates & times, and within minutes you will be sent your booking confirmation via email with a QR code attached.

You will then use this to show the valet attendant upon arrival.

To Cancel

Travellers can cancel their parking reservation no later than 2 hours before the booking is set to begin.

To do so, click the 'Book Now' button above, go to the top of the page, and click on the 'Manage / Cancel' tab. Enter your email and booking reference number. Proceed with cancelling your booking.

A cancellation confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after. The payment may take 2 - 5 business days to be returned to your account.

Head south on George St towards Bathurst St
Turn left onto Broadway/Parramatta Rd (signs for Airport/Canberra/M5)
Continue onto City Rd/Princes Hwy/State Route 1
Use the left lane to take the ramp to Airport/Port Botany
Merge onto Eastern Distributor (toll road)
Continue onto M1 (toll road)
Take the exit towards Sydney Airport Domestic and International Terminals
Keep right at the fork and follow signs for International Terminal
Merge onto Airport Dr
Continue onto Marsh St
Use the right lane to merge onto M5 South Western Motorway via the ramp to Airport/Canberra
Take the Marsh Street exit towards Airport Drive
Keep left at the fork, follow signs for International and merge onto Airport Dr
Follow signs for International Terminal (T1) and P7 Car Park
Turn right into the P7 Car Park entrance, and follow the signs for P7 Syd Valet
