Drive to the car park and park your car in the drop-off zone or, depending on the service, park your car yourself.
Catch one of the regular shuttle buses to the airport terminal. Some buses also run on demand. Buses take between 5 and 15 minutes to reach the terminal.
Catch the bus at the terminal or nearby and you will be taken back to the car park.
Collect your car at the pick-up zone and drive home.
The process of parking with King Airport Parking is very simple and ensures that the start of your journey will run as smooth as possible.
Upon arrival, follow directions to the car park. Entry is simple as the car park is equipped with license plate recognition cameras. If the vehicle lisence plate is the same as the one entered when booking online, then the cameras will detect this and the gate will automatically open. If the lisence plate is different or cannot be read, then you are required to press and receive an entry ticket which you can provide to reception upon checking in. Then you can catch the shuttle to the airport!
When you return from your journey, after you have claimed your baggage and made your way to the pick-up point, then you can call Reception to arrange your return shuttle. You will also receive an automated email 3 hours before you land which will provide directions to the pick-up point. Once you call the car park, they will dispatch a driver immediately to come collect you.

The car park buses do not have the ability to transfer wheelchair customers to/from the airport terminals. Assuming you are travelling with at least one adult the wheelchair person should be dropped at the terminal first and the car then driven to the car park.
Park on King has 2 designated vehicles that have Type B-Forward Facing child restraints fitted for children between 6 months to 4 years old. Additionally, Park on King will also be using the new ‘Type E-Booster Seats’ that can be used for children from 14kgs to 26kgs (approximately 4 to 7 years of age). These booster seats can be used in any of the Park on King vehicles and are secured by a lap/sash seat belt. Senior and pram parking spaces available near lifts on a first come basis.

The parking facility height clearance is 2.2 meters.
There is an afterhours pedestrian entrance off King Street next to the reception check in area. All you need to do is scan your QR code located in the booking confirmation to unlock the door. Then simply find your vehicle and follow the directions to the exit.
