Awful experience Dear Parkmundo Please take this as a formal complaint about the parking facility 2 Merchant Street, Mascot. I booked online , during our trip I had to extend the parking due to unforeseen circumstances. I requested my adult son to call as he was in Australia. The first issue we encountered is that the guy who runs the place informed my son that my car was not there and hung up on him. My son called back and again the guy informed my booking was not there. As I was overseas , this lead me to having to arrange a SIM card , so I could call directly . Again he told me my car was not there. I then had to say to him that the mobile I was calling him on was the number he gave me when he dropped me at the airport and he indeed had my car or better find it . He then apologized and said ok your car is here. I informed him that we would need to extend our stay and would return at 9pm on Friday 5 December. On our return to Sydney on Friday 5 December, I called the phone number 4 times before I got an answer. He then said , oh you are returning now? Sorry no one is there. I was like what are you talking about , I informed you when we would return. He then hung up on me . He eventually called back and said - catch a cab and I will get someone to the car yard . He said he would take the cost of the cab $50 of the parking charge . He then said you will need to pay me $80 cash. When I got to the car yard another man was there( who said , I don’t work here). He then told me to pay $85 cash , I said the other guy said $80. He had no change and would not take card payment . I ended up then giving him $90 cash , so I could get my car and get out of the place. I have never experienced anything this awful on a return from an overseas trip. It is the worst experience and the worst customer service or lack there of . I would like to request a formal investigation into the way this car yard ( certainly not a car park ) is run and how they treat their customers. Appreciate a reply this complaint with a explanation for how this car yard is run Regards Bettina Esposito

Good location. The lady who gave me a lift to airport was lovely hence 5 star kindness rating. Check opening and closing time if travelling long distance to get there. The day before departure was told the car park closed at 12pm which meant a 6am start and much earlier arrival to airport than expected. The guy who picked me up from internaltional was late, drove unsafely using phone. Spoke English but couldn't understand what he was saying.

Straight to the airport and only a short wait when we rang on arrival. Will use again.

I booked this car park for few days over christmas break. All i can say is that this is the best decision i made in terms of parking near airport. Amazing service, location and facility. Staff was professional, courteous and on spot. My car was parked under shade which gave me peace! Thanks and definitely booking again in future.
