How Does Valet Parking at Sydney Airport Work?
Generally, valet parking is the most convenient and hassle-free parking option available.
Upon Arrival
Drive to the drop-off bay outside the T1 Departures Hall and park your car.
If you pre-booked, present your booking confirmation email to the valet attendant. If not, you can request the drive-up valet service on the spot.
Hand over your keys, complete a quick vehicle inspection, receive assistance with your luggage, and you'll be on your way in no time!
Upon Return
If you only booked the valet service for a few hours, return to the drop-off bay and inform the attendant of your vehicle's make and model. They retrieve your keys and return your vehicle to you.
🚘IMPORTANT: If you've booked the valet service for an overnight stay or longer, please retrieve your vehicle from the P7 Sydney Valet Car Park.
- If your parking duration extends beyond the return time specified in your confirmation email, drive-up rates will apply.
Booking & Refund Procedure
To Book
Bookings can be made online and in person. To save on costs, we recommend booking your spot online. You can do so at least 2 hours before your designated arrival time.
Click on the 'Book Now' button above, insert your travel dates & times, and voilà - within minutes you will be sent your booking confirmation via email with a QR code attached. You will then use this to enter and exit the car park.
✈️NOTE: All online payments made via credit card or PayPal will be subject to a payment fee. The amount of this fee depends on the payment method used.

🚘NOTE: Travellers can modify their online booking up to 6 hours before their designated entry time.
To Cancel
Travellers can cancel their parking reservation no later than 2 hours before the booking is set to begin.
To do so, click the 'Book Now' button above, go to the top of the page and click on the 'Manage / Cancel' tab. Enter your email and booking reference number. Proceed with cancelling your booking.
A cancellation confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after. The payment may take 2 - 5 business days to be returned to your account.
Directions to the T1 Premium Valet
To get to the T1 Premium Valet Car Park from Sydney CBD, follow the directions below:
- Head south on George Street towards Bathurst Street
- Take the ramp on the right onto the M1 motorway towards Sydney Airport
- Stay on the M1, following signs for Sydney Airport
- Take the General Holmes Drive exit toward Domestic and International Terminals
- Merge onto General Holmes Drive
- Turn left onto Airport Drive, following the signs for the International Terminal (T1)
- Continue on Airport Drive and follow the signs for T1 Premium Valet
- The T1 Premium Valet Car Park will be on your left, just a short distance from the terminal entrance
