Booking & Refund Procedure
To Book
Bookings can be made online and in person. To save on costs, we recommend booking your spot online, at least 2 hours before your designated arrival time.
Click on the 'Book Now' button above, insert your travel dates & times, and voilà - within minutes you will be sent your booking confirmation via email with a QR code attached. You will then use this to enter and exit the car park.
✈️NOTE: All online payments made via credit card or PayPal will be subject to a payment fee. The amount of this fee depends on the payment method used.

Should you wish to pay upon arrival at T2 Premium Valet Parking Sydney, take a ticket at the entry gate. You can pay upon exit.
🚘NOTE: Travellers can modify their online booking up to 6 hours before their designated entry time.
To Cancel
Travellers can cancel their parking reservation no later than 2 hours before the booking is set to begin.
To do so, click the 'Book Now' button above, go to the top of the page and click on the 'Manage / Cancel' tab. Enter your email and booking reference number. Proceed with cancelling your booking.
A cancellation confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after. The payment may take 2 - 5 business days to be returned to your account.
