I initially had problems finding the location as they had moved but the driver was friendly and helpful. When we returned they arrived promptly.

I am totally disgusted that I paid for undercover parking and didn't get the service we paid for. We had a phone call the day before we were due to arrive that they had move and at no stage were we told that it would not be undercover. I had just picked up our new car asked if there was a storm and any hail storm who would cover any damage. Our insurance not theirs. We were refused entry and had to look for alternate parking at a cost of $277. I will be contacting yourselves for a full refund or we will taking this further

If I could give a lower review I would!! Booked and pre paid. Went to the address to find a set of locked gates no signage. Asked a Tradie working next door he confirmed this was the right address given on my receipt. So called the number given on the receipt- no answer. Gave our details and waited for return call-still waiting 10 days later. As we were flying international we had no option than to drive to the Airport and park in P6 at considerable expense. Emailed Flyparks asking for a refund. After several emails they explained that because we did not follow the correct instructions we were ineligible. After more emails they admitted there was an anomaly in the instructions- basically they were wrong. They then said they couldn’t give a refund as we had to go to the parking provider for that. They gave me a email address and a telephone number. Emailed them two days ago surprise surprise no answer. It’s not about the money it’s about the total lack of accountability. I have traveled internationally a bit and decided to give these guys a try. Well never again!!

It’s a fake one. In website it’s says covered parking with pictures but it is open parking. The shuttle bus was smelling like shit. The address given in website and payment receipt is not the actual address, I called him and he was not explaining well the new address. He was rude with me. I would not recommend this parking to anyone.

Very helpful and punctual to collect me from the airport

The provided address was incorrect, and I spent around half an hour trying to find the location. I eventually called and was advised that they had moved, but I never received any message or email informing me of this change. The shuttle drivers were very friendly. While we were on the shuttle to the airport, another guest also called in the morning because they were unable to find the location.

It was great. I am glad to find this as I was able to park my car safely and securely at parkmundo while I travelled for 5 days without any worries. Process was easy and quick.

We had a great experience parking our car here while we went overseas. It is undercover so our car was safe from the elements. We were promptly driven to the airport and picked up again when we came home. The driver is lovely and very helpful with our luggage. It’s so affordable compared to other parking options too. I would 100% recommend leaving your car here while you travel.

I had used Emu Blue on Airport many times before until I stumbled across these guys. Will not use Emu Blue again! These guys provide an A+ service.

Honestly This Is The Best Parking Station In Sydney! Extremely Affordable. Very Punctual, & The 7/8 Min Shuttle To Airport Was A Breeze & Picked Us Up.. Took Us Back To Our Car Was Great Too.
