Hobart Airport (HBA) is the major passenger airport in Tasmania, Australia. The gateway to Australia’s island state, the airport is situated in Cambridge, 17 km north-east of the city of Hobart. The airport maintains a conjoined domestic and international terminal which primarily services Jetstar Airways, Tigerair Australia, Virgin Australia, and Qantas. In 2020, Hobart Airport handled over 2,800,000 passenger movements, making it the 8th busiest airport in the country.  Hobart Airport has maintained customs and immigration facilities for incoming international aircraft for several years, despite not having a regularly scheduled international passenger service at any point in the last two decades.
