However, if you prefer flexibility with your arrival and departure times, booking in person on the day of your departure by driving up to the entry gate might be the best option.
To Cancel / Receive a Refund:
If you booked a flexible parking option, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled entry time to receive a refund, minus any cancellation fees. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
To cancel:
- Go to "Manage My Bookings" on the Brisbane Airport website.
- Enter your email and booking reference.
- Click "Find Booking".
- Press "Cancel".
Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Note that cancellations made within 24 hours of the entry time are non-refundable.
