How Does Parking at AIRPARK 2 Work?

Upon Arrival

If you pre-booked your spot at AIRPARK 2, drive up to the entry barrier on your day of departure.

The gate will open automatically as it recognizes your licence plate.

If you didn't pre-book your spot, the gate will still open, and you can pay with a credit card when you exit.

TIP: Be sure to take a picture of where your car is parked, as many people have difficulty finding their car upon return

Upon Return

Upon returning to the car park, drive up to the exit gate and it will lift.

If you still need to pay for your spot, you can do so at the exit gate.

Starting from Brisbane CBD, head northeast on Ann Street towards Edward Street
Take the M3
Continue on Ann Street and take a left onto Kemp Place, then merge onto the M3 via the ramp to the Airport/Sunshine Coast
Merge onto M7
Continue on the M3 and take exit 108 towards the M7/Gateway Motorway. Follow the signs for the Brisbane Airport
Follow Airport Drive
Take exit 108 from the M7 onto Airport Drive. Continue on Airport Drive following the signs for the Brisbane Airport
Continue on Airport Drive, and keep left to stay on Airport Drive.
At the 3rd roundabout, take the 3rd exit on Nancy Bird Way
Follow Nancy Bird Way & at the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit on Bert Hinkler Drive

Online bookings are more cost-effective, offering lower rates.

However, if you prefer flexibility with your arrival and departure times, booking in person on the day of your departure by driving up to the entry gate might be the best option.

To Cancel / Receive a Refund:

If you booked a flexible parking option, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled entry time to receive a refund, minus any cancellation fees. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.

To cancel:

Go to "Manage My Bookings" on the Brisbane Airport website.
Enter your email and booking reference.
Click "Find Booking".
Press "Cancel".

Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Note that cancellations made within 24 hours of the entry time are non-refundable.
