The shuttle bus runs every 24 hours, within specific time frames:

From 3:30 am to 1:30 am every 15 minutes
From 1:30 am to 3:30 am every 30 minutes

How Does Parking at AIRPARK Undercover Work?

Upon Arrival

AIRPARK Undercover can only be booked online. So, drive-up bookings are not accepted.

After pre-booking your spot at AIRPARK Undercover, simply drive up to entry barrier at the AIRPARK facility on your departure day. The gate will open automatically as it recognizes your licence plate.

TIP: Be sure to take a picture of where your car is parked, as many people have difficulty finding their car upon return.

Upon Return

When you return to the car park, drive up to the exit gate and it will lift.

NEED HELP? If you run into any trouble, simply press and hold the 'HELP' button on the entry or exit barrier, read out your booking reference number in your confirmation email to the attendant, and they will help you with the rest.

From Brisbane CBD, the travel time to AIRPARK Undercover Brisbane will be approximately 15 - 20 minutes. To get to AIRPARK Undercover, follow the directions below:

Head north on Ann Street/State Route 15 toward Edward Street.
Use the right 2 lanes to turn right onto North Quay/State Route 15.
Continue to follow State Route 15 for approximately 5.5 kilometres.
Keep left to stay on Airport Link and follow signs for M7/Airport.
Continue onto M7 Airport Link for about 6.5 kilometres.
Take the Airport Drive exit toward Brisbane Airport.
Merge onto Airport Drive and follow signs for Airport Terminals/AIRPARK.
Turn left onto Nancy Bird Way.
Continue straight to stay on Nancy Bird Way, then follow signs to AIRPARK.

After your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a QR code.

This code can be used in case the licence plate recognition technology does not identify your vehicle upon arrival at the car park.

To Cancel or Receive a Refund:

If you've booked a flexible parking option, you can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled entry time to receive a refund, minus any applicable cancellation fees.

The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

Follow these steps to cancel:

Visit the Brisbane Airport website and go to "Manage My Bookings".
Enter your email address and booking reference.
Click on "Find Booking".
Select "Cancel".

Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled entry time are non-refundable.
