Catch one of the regular shuttle buses to the airport terminal. Some buses also run on demand. Buses take between 5 and 15 minutes to reach the terminal.
Catch the bus at the terminal or nearby and you will be taken back to the car park.
Collect your car at the pick-up zone and drive home.

On arrival, Jetaway kindly asks you to report to the reception area to check in, and then head to the shuttle bus waiting area. There are staff on hand to assist you with your luggage, and park your car for you. Since Jetaway Airport Parking offer a valet-style service, you will be required to leave your keys with the staff at the car park.
Once your return flight has landed at Melbourne Airport, you will need to contact Jetaway Parking to request a pick-up. The contact number will be on your Flyparks booking confirmation. You will be collected from the off-airport zone, downstairs by the Airport Hotel. Full instructions will be provided over the phone.
Please note, that while your vehicle will be available 24 hours a day, Jetaway requires notice within a reasonable period of time if you wish to access your car outside the date of return initially specified.
