How Jetaway Airport Parking Works

On arrival, Jetaway kindly asks you to report to the reception area to check-in, and then head to the shuttle bus waiting area. There are staff on hand to assist you with your luggage, and park your car for you. Since Jetaway Airport Parking offer a valet-style service, you will be required to leave your keys with the staff at the car park.

Once your return flight has landed at Melbourne Airport, you will need to contact Jetaway Parking to request a pick-up. The contact number will be on your Flyparks booking confirmation. You will be collected from outside Arrivals, where you were dropped off. Full instructions will be provided over the phone.

Please note, that while your vehicle will be available 24 hours a day, Jetaway requires notice within a reasonable period of time if you wish to access your car outside of the date of return initially specified.

You will need to take either a printed or electronic copy of your Flyparks booking confirmation with you, to show to the staff at Jetaway
The car park can accommodate standard and large cars, such as utes, SUVs, 4WDs, and mini buses (up to 12 seats). It does not accept bookings for small or large trucks, caravans, trailers, or any vehicle longer than 5.4 metres
Jetaway Airport Parking is not permitted to take items larger than 1.8 metres on their shuttle buses. Please be aware that some surfboards and large bikes may not be permitted for this reason
It’s recommended that disabled travellers make contact with Jetaway in advance of arrival, to let staff know how they can best assist
