How does Parking at Quest Melbourne Airport Work?

Upon Arrival

When you arrive at Quest, park in any available bay and bring your luggage inside to check in.

Once checked in, you'll need to put the parking pass given to you at reception on your dashboard.

You'll then be directed to the shuttle and on your way to the terminals within minutes.

If you're arriving outside of shuttle transfer hours (Monday- Friday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM), we recommend calling Quest 30 minutes before your arrival to arrange a private transfer or booking an Uber or Lyft as soon as you park.

You will not need a parking pass if you arrive after hours.

Upon Return

After collecting your luggage, call Quest using the number provided in your booking confirmation to arrange a shuttle pick-up

If you're returning outside of shuttle transfer hours (Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM), we recommend heading to the Taxi Rank or calling an Uber/Lyft for transportation back to Quest, located 5 minutes from the airport.
