Very disappointed with the service. Despite having made a booking, completed payment, and received a confirmation email, I was still asked to reconfirm whether I had actually paid and whether my booking existed. This felt unprofessional and lacking sincerity. The airport transfer service was even more frustrating. When I booked my return (which was on a weekend), the system allowed me to book the airport pickup. However, on the actual day, I had to call and follow up myself, only to be told that there is no airport transfer service on weekends. This completely contradicts the information provided during booking. Poor communication and service management. I would not recommend this service.
