While online booking is encouraged at these car parks, you can simply drive up on the day of your flight departure and use a credit card (AMEX, Visa or Mastercard) or cash to pay for your booking at any of the payment stations within the terminals. You may also pay upon exiting the car park at the boom gate by tapping your credit card. You will be charged additional transaction fees for using your credit card at the car park.
To book your Long Stay or Long Stay Saver Parking, you must do so through the official website of Newcastle Airport, or upon arrival at the car park.
Should you lose your ticket whilst away, go to one of the car park’s payment stations in the Arrivals hall and press on the ‘Press for Assistance’ button, you will then be directed to a representative who will ask for your car REGO to find your information.
