The P1 Car Park and the P2 Car Park are multi-storey parking facilities located at Sydney Airport. Owned and managed by the Sydney Airport Corporation, the P1 parking and P2 parking facilities are located within a 5 minute walking distance of Domestic Terminals 2 and 3, with pedestrian entrances and exits connected directly to the airport. There are accessible spaces available for disabled travellers near the entrance, as well as Guaranteed Space Zone parking, which must be reserved in advance on Sydney Airport’s official website.
Open 24/7, P1 and P2 provide secure, weather-protected, short and long term parking, with barrier entry and monitored CCTV. P1/P2 operate as mid-range car parks, with drive-in rates starting from $10.60 for up to 30 minutes.
The P1 Car Park is split across 4 levels, and P2 has 8 levels. Except for the roof, the two car parks are undercover. P1 and P2 can accommodate a variety of different vehicle types, from sedans and Ute's, luxury sports cars, and station wagons, to 4WDs. P1 and P2 are mid-range car parks, meaning that their pricing structure sits somewhere in between budget shuttle parking rates and those of premium valet services. When using P1/P2, travellers pay for the convenience of being able to park their vehicle within walking distance of Terminals 2 and 3, as well as the safety and security of undercover parking. P1/P2 are fractionally more expensive than the Sydney Airport P3 Car Park, especially for long stays of one or two weeks, and quite a lot pricier than Sydney Airport Express or Air Travel Parking. Drive-up rates at P1/P2 start at $10.60 for 15-30 minutes, $21.20 for 30-60 minutes, $31.90 for 1-2 hours, $39.90 for 2-3 hours, and $69.90 for stays of between 3-24 hours. Each additional 24-hour period (or part thereof) is charged at $68.40. Do keep in mind that paying at this car park will incur a Credit, Debit, and PayPal processing fee that will vary depending on the payment method used.
