The Park Terminal car park at Sunshine Coast Airport is the most convenient parking option. This is because it is at the terminal doors! People who park at this car park want to be as close as possible so they can be at the check-in desks in 1-2 minutes, and don't mind open-air parking.
To book the Park Terminal car parking facility at Sunshine Coast Airport, you may do so online or in person, on the day of your flight. If you do choose to book online, the minimum length for a stay is 24 hours. To purchase your reservation online, you must pay with a Visa or Mastercard only.
Upon arriving at the car park, be sure you have the physical credit card you paid with available as you will need it to scan upon entry, so the car park technology recognizes your reservation.
If you do not book your reservation online, simply drive up to the car park, press the button for a ticket on the machine as you enter, and the entry barrier will lift. Upon return to the car park, you can pay for your ticket at the payment machines located in front of the terminals. You will then enter your ticket into the machine upon exiting the car park for the exit barrier to open.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, kindly reach out to the Sunshine Coast parking team on their official website.
Cancellations can be made up to 3 hours before your stated reservation time. You can cancel via the ‘Manage my Booking’ link sent on your confirmation email after booking. If you wish to cancel within the 3-hour time frame, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Drive up to Park Terminal and at the entry gate and scan the credit card you used to make your online booking. You may park in any available parking bay unless it is designated otherwise.
Be sure to enter the car park no more than 1 hour before your stated arrival time, as your car may not be recognized by the car park’s technology. If you do so, you may be charged additional charges upon leaving.
To exit the Park Terminal, drive up to the exit barrier and scan the same credit card you used to enter the car park to exit. The exit barrier will open and off you go!
Should you exit the car park later than your pre-booked reservation time, you will be charged additional fees.
