On your arrival at the Airport Undercover Parking facility, drive up to the office and show the attendants your Flyparks confirmation sent via email. You can receive assistance with your luggage, hand over your keys, and be directed to one of the four shuttle buses ready to take you to your terminal.
The shuttle buses run every 30 minutes, with the first shuttle departing from the car park at 5 a.m. (or earlier if you have such a flight). Airport Undercover Parking - Valet recommends taking a shuttle approximately 1 hour before your flight’s departure time. You will then have only a 3-minute drive to the airport terminals.
Phone the car park after collecting your luggage (their number is listed on your Flyparks confirmation email) and inform them that you are ready to be picked up. A shuttle will be sent to greet you and take you back to the car park, no matter what time it is that you arrive – even in the chance of a delayed flight. Upon your return to the car park, your car will be waiting for you, so no need to go looking for it!
