The parking itself was fine but getting in and out of the car park was the issue. I paid with PayPal which means when entering the car park you have to push the ‘help’ button on the ticket machine. And it is the same on the way out. Why offer PayPal payment if that doesn’t get you into the parking lot?!
Very bad experience. When I arrived the airport, they did not have the booking details. I gave them the booking reference, car registration details, full name and waited for 10 minutes but they did not let me in so I was asked to take the ticket because I was getting late for the flight.
I tried to change a booking to covered parking and nobody answered soon enough. Furthermore, the airport told me that they do not have anything to do with your company. Therefore, I need to pay again everything.
The machinery makes it difficult to hear especially when staff have heavy accents. It was a little frustrating but we got there. It was more expensive than we were expecting
