Catch one of the regular shuttle buses to the airport terminal. Some buses also run on demand. Buses take between 5 and 15 minutes to reach the terminal.

You’ll next be shown to the free shuttle bus service, and taken to your terminal. As Corporate Smartpark run a valet-style service, you will need to leave your keys at the car park. A trained member of the Corporate Smartpark team will park your vehicle for you, in their secure, undercover facility.
After your flight lands back at Melbourne Airport, you will need to call Corporate Smartpark using the phone number provided on your Flyparks booking confirmation. A shuttle bus will be sent to meet you. Full details about the pick-up service, including when and where to meet the driver, will be discussed over the phone.

Your car will be stored indoors in the Corporate Smartpark's highly secure parking facility. The entire perimeter of the facility has electric fencing, CCTV, motion detection, back to base automatic monitoring 24 hours a day, a gated and alarmed entrance and 24-hour staff equipped with panic alarms. You can be positive that Corporate Smartpark will watch over your vehicle while you are away so that you don't have to worry at all.
Corporate Smartpark advise that you arrive at their site at least 20 minutes earlier than the time you want to be at the airport check-in. This will leave you plenty of time to ask questions, board the shuttle bus, and allow for any traffic delays on the way to the terminal.
