How Does Short Stay Parking at Newcastle Airport Work?

Upon Arrival

If you booked your spot online, arrive at the car park 5 - 10 minutes before you need to be at the check-in desks.

If you made an online booking, slowly approach the entry, so the boom gate can read your number plate.

Once it matches your booking, the gate will open. If it doesn't open, scan the credit card used to make your online booking, but do not take a ticket.

If you didn't book your spot online, you can take a ticket upon entry. Select any parking bay available. Accessible parking bays are located near the front of the car park.

Upon Return

As you exit the car park, drive slowly towards the boom gate. Your number plate will be scanned and verified with your booking, allowing the gate to open.

If you have exceeded your booking time, you will be prompted to pay the additional amount required (credit card payments only at the gate). For assistance, press the help button at the exit.
