I was running about 10 mins late to deliver my car, they called me to make sure I was ok, which was reassuring. Upon return to Melbourne, I received a call while waiting for my bags, saying they were in the pick up area ready to go. I pleasantly discovered that they had washed my car at pickup, an overall lovely surprise.

Friendly staff. Very quick check in and out. Dusty gravel car park so don't arrive in a clean car, but I'm guessing very cheap because of that.

No problems with booking, payment and service. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Drop off and pick up at airport hassle free.

The only thing that I can recommend is the pickup procedure. I was left wondering. The pickup van drove straight past us. I would suggest that when your customer phones for pickup that they provide there drop off name that can be cross referenced with the driver. Thanks

When I fly I love leaving my car at Andrews. The staff are really helpful when you have any questions.

Process was very straight forward, all done on line, booking takes about 5 minutes. Had no issues whatsoever, would recommend to others.

Good service just make sure you call them once you collect your baggage otherwise you are looking at a 15 minute wait time for the bus to arrive

We always use Melrose airport parking when are flying interstate or overseas. They are punctual and friendly, offering excellent service.

Very good service. Only issue was we were waiting to be returned to our car and didn't realise that the van that pulled up was the Fly park van. There were so many other vans coming and going at the time. Driver didn't park in the brown area and no indication on the front of the van that this was one of yours. Luckily we walked up and asked the driver as he seemed to be waiting for people.

About 10 mins from the airport, a phone call away to pick you up. Thanks.

Much easier than using the coach service. I think they turned up just for me. 15 min drive plus the additional 12 min to ride to the air port. Will definitely use again. Maybe could add a coffee pod machine in the office for the trip to the airport but definitely not a deal breaker.

I have previously used this service and found it most efficient, particularly the rapid pick up at Melbourne Airport.

The service was fine, the guys were good. I did have to hold my child on my lap for the drop off to the airport which I'm not sure is legal, but all in all everything was fine.

We were a little worried park off site from the airport, but we can not complain. The driver we pleasant and timely in dropping us off and picking us us. We would definitely use this parking again and would recommend this to antibiotics.
