Cancelling your booking can be done no less than 24 hours before your stated arrival time. To do so, head to the ‘Manage my Booking’ tab on the airport’s official website.
To enter Auckland Airport Valet Parking, head to the terminal entrance you will be using (the domestic or international terminal, depending on your travel plans). Show the concierge your booking confirmation sent via email or your last name and hand over your keys. If you did not book online, simply state that you’d like to book on the spot and clarify if you’d prefer covered or uncovered parking, and they will take care of the rest. They will then park your car in a secure spot and have it waiting for you upon return.
Upon arrival, head to the drop-off desk you arrived at, give your last name or confirmation code, and the concierge will retrieve your car. Off you go!

Take State Hwy 16 in Grafton from Wellesley St E & Wellesley St Bridge (4 minutes)
Continue on State Hwy 16 & take State Hwy 20 George Bolt Memorial Drive in Mangere (18 minutes)
Continue onto George Bolt Memorial Drive until you see signs for Auckland Airport
To get to Auckland’s domestic valet parking, follow signs for the domestic terminal, and drop your car off with a concierge at the terminal entrance
